We are looking for an experienced Underwriting Controls Managerto join our Underwriting team at Polo Managing Agency. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the onboarding of new syndicate clients and the ongoing development, delivery and oversight of our underwriting governance framework. Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, syndicate management teams and Lloyd's stakeholders, you will help ensure robust controls, effective oversight and compliance with Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business. The role offers a unique blend of governance, controls, stakeholder engagement and project work, making it ideal for someone with strong Lloyd's market experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
