As a CMI Intern, you will be on the frontlines of shaping & impacting the trajectory of Unilever . Dive deep into dynamic data, orchestrating both primary and secondary research with precision. From deciphering market nuances to executing research, you'll extract invaluable insights that directly impact Unilever's marketing objectives . To provide you with a glimpse, here are a few projects and outcomes achieved by our ex-ULIP interns : Achieve strategic objectives through key meta-work activities, including visualization, storytelling , and summarization of critical points to set our brands for success. Buil d GOTFL (Get on the front line) capabilities driving operations digital oriented activities such as Other Say, TikTok trends. Partner with research powerhouses ( e.g. Ipsos, BASES, Kantar, Milward Browth ) to design questionnaires & communicate key findings and recommendations to brand teams in a succinct & impactful way. Lead systems setup with research agencies , ensuring seamless integration for efficient execution. Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. ( Full time commitment preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
