Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) 关键岗位职责： 建立办事处/地区市场策略并针对不同客户类型制定销售策略，能够指导一线销售落地执行具体战术； 带领团队实现所管辖办事处的财务指标及非财务指标，如订单、销售额、利润率等； 运用公司销售管理体系及工具，培养销售团队的良好日常销售行为，通过例会、周会、销售机会回顾等方式确保客户拜访覆盖率和机会发现转化率等提升； 与相关部门（市场，服务，商务，PM）等部门密切合作，提供客户的推广支持，提升客户服务质量并帮助AR部门及时收回账款； 通过人才培养和发展工具，打造效率高、凝聚力强、积极向上团队及落地的人才梯队建立计划。 任职资格: 本科及以上学历，暖通空调或相关工程专业背景； 8年以上暖通行业相关销售经验，3年以上销售团队管理经验, 具备丰富的工装项目操作经验；； 有能力带领团队在一定压力下实现业绩目标且曾有多次成功经验； 优秀的沟通、适应和变革管理能力； 以结果为导向，以数据为依据，具备快速决策能力。 We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
