About the Role As a Universal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality care across a variety of services, including: Domiciliary (home) care visits Emergency and short-notice support Waking nights and sleep-ins Temporary live-in care placements Your role will include: Delivering personal care with dignity and respect Supporting with daily routines and medication Preparing meals and providing companionship Adapting quickly to different clients and environments Being a reassuring, friendly presence in times of need No two days will look the same – and that’s what makes this role so exciting.
