Your team As part of Global Operations Services you will join Global Network Management, which plays a key role responsible for the management and strategy of Bank Julius Baer’s custodian and cash correspondent relationships. As a Global Network Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing this network of Agent Banks and have touchpoints across the entire global organisation and a significant impact on the success of the firm. What’s in it for you? •Tailored career path: Develop expertise in your chosen field while growing personally and professionally •Global perspective: Gain international experience and work with diverse teams •Community & mentorship: Learn from industry leaders and peers and build a strong network •Impactful work: Contribute to projects that make a real difference from day one •Opportunity to develop understanding of custody and payment processes •Gain exposure to many areas of the bank and interbank custody and cash correspondent banking YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will: Play a key role in the active service management of Agent Bank relationships, conducting regular service meetings, service reviews, due diligences, the active monitoring, and management of service provision to Bank Julius Baer Support with negotiation and management of fees, ensuring understanding of costs, evolution, as well as idea generation and implementation to achieve cost optimisations Develop oversight of contracts, negotiation, and implementation of documentation necessary for these relationships Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver on continued Front to Back process optimisation across the network Build understanding of market and agent developments, trends, and opportunities to Bank Julius Baer and dissemination to stakeholders Gain understanding of the custody rules and a strong ability to apply knowledge to support with internal advisory / consultancy to support business and client needs Work in the team to support colleagues with markets and tasks as and when required Undertake necessary steps with internal and external colleagues to remediate any identified issues to ensure market compliance YOUR PROFILE Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Management, Banking, and any other fields (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in banking, consultancy or IT and wit h processs optimisation skills a plus Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English and, with additional languages being a plus Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
