Job Description: Job Description Role Overview HR Geo Services Associate는 UPS korea의 Geo HR team 일원으로서, 급여(Payroll) 관련 제반업무 및 HR Administration 중심의 운영 업무를 수행 하고, 일상적인 HR 서비스 제공을 통해 직원 경험과 운영 효율성을 향상시키는 역할입니다. 본 포지션은 직원 데이터 정확성, 급여 처리, HR 행정 프로세스 운영 및 법적 컴플라이언스 준수 에 중점을 둡니다. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations 월별 급여(Payroll) 지급 절차 지원 급여 관련 문의 대응 4대보험, 퇴직연금, 휴가 관련 데이터 관리 및 행정 지원 벤더 관리 (계약, 커뮤니케이션, 비용 처리) HR 시스템 내 데이터 정확성 및 최신 상태 유지 직원 서비스 (재직증명서, 경력증명서 등) 발급 및 관리 인사팀 내 Ad-hoc 행정 업무 전반 수행 Qualification 초대졸 이상 – 필수 Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 꼼꼼함 및 높은 데이터 정확성 높은 수준의 윤리 의식, 정보보안 및 기밀 유지 능력 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력 인사 직무 경력 1년 이상 - 우대 Work Location UPS Korea HQ (서울 영등포구 문래로 94-3, 한영빌딩) Working Hours 주 40시간 Mon to Fri (09:00 ~ 18:00, excluding 1 hour lunch break) Employment Type 계약종료날짜 – 2027.1.22.
