CDL-A Semi-Local Driver | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | No-Touch Freight Pay & Benefits Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700 Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000 $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments during your first 6 months Additional Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer $70 per backhaul $25 per stop Schedule Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break) Average 800–1,000 miles per week 2 days of paid orientation/training at $150 per day Route Information Semi-local, no-touch freight Deliver to Dollar Tree stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky Minimum Qualifications At least 3 months of CDL-A experience Must pass a hair follicle drug test Clean MVR required No SAP drivers Reliable personal transportation required (trucks cannot be taken home)
