US Eliquis Omnichannel & AI Senior Manager (Secondment - 12 Months)

ROLE SUMMARY The US Eliquis Omnichannel & AI Senior Manager (Secondment) will report to the US Internal Medicine Innovation Lead and will drive the implementation of both omnichannel and AI strategy in partnership with the Eliquis team. Eliquis is a flagship brand within the Internal Medicine Business Unit, operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a comprehensive marketing plan that promotes multiple indications and reaches multiple stakeholders across channels. Eliquis is co-promoted with Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), offering the opportunity to operate within a high-functioning joint venture and Alliance structure. Eliquis's performance across digital channels remains highly responsive to promotion, as evidenced by consistently high ROI. As the Omnichannel and AI Senior Manager, you will be accountable for two critical areas within the Eliquis team: (A) developing and executing on the omnichannel plan for HCP and Consumer marketing, including planning, tactical execution, and measurement across both the NVAF and VTE indications; and (B) assessing and implementing new and existing AI initiatives and digital innovations to transform commercial efforts. On the omnichannel side, you will assess current initiatives, support ongoing efforts, and support the execution and optimization of the Eliquis omnichannel plan. You will partner closely with both the HCP and Consumer marketing teams across the Alliance to complement and strengthen the NVAF/VTE strategies, leveraging digital and omnichannel tactics to optimize current strategy and rethink how to most effectively reach customers across all digital platforms — including integrating dynamic targeting with HCP digital media content to enhance the customer experience. You will also support the Consumer team on Google and YouTube collaboration and determine if opportunities exist for HCP marketing. Success in this area depends on uncovering critical customer insights, evolving omnichannel and digital marketing strategies and tactics, advancing a robust metrics plan, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate omnichannel campaigns. On the AI side, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of AI initiatives that advance Eliquis's commercial objectives. This includes assessing current and in-flight initiatives within the Eliquis team, as well as evaluating AI initiatives across Pfizer that represent promising opportunities for Eliquis to pursue. You will contribute to the development of an AI implementation roadmap and support the execution of prioritized initiatives designed to enhance customer and patient experience. Success in this area depends on partnering closely with PX, CMO, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help implement AI capabilities for Eliquis. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Omnichannel Implementation Support the omnichannel implementation including: planning, tactical execution, and measurement across the HCP and Consumer digital ecosystem for both the NVAF and VTE indications, evaluating current and future opportunities based on data-driven insights. Partner effectively with BMS/Pfizer indication leads and the Alliance digital partner to drive strategic and tactical planning and execution. Support the ongoing optimization of the Eliquis HCP and Patient websites and other digital drivers, as well as Eliquis's social and digital presence for both HCP and Consumer audiences. Spearhead new digital innovation channels based on HCP and customer insights, including opportunities to reach underserved communities and the LTC/urgent care channel. Support Consumer partnership with Google and YouTube and determine if it could extend digital reach into HCP marketing. Integrate dynamic targeting into the digital strategy and evolve the metrics plan with analytics partners to strengthen test-and-learn approaches and long-term business impact analysis. Partner with the Alliance and analytics teams to continually enhance reporting and measurement. AI Innovation Support the development of AI roadmap with pipeline of initiatives aligned to Eliquis's commercial priorities. Assess current and in-flight AI initiatives within the Eliquis team, as well as AI initiatives across Pfizer that represent promising opportunities for Eliquis. Assess and champion new AI-enabled go-to-market approaches and enterprise resources to strengthen the customer and patient experience. Partner with enterprise teams to evaluate and implement AI and omnichannel capabilities that improve personalization, operational efficiency, and overall brand performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required, with 6+ years of pharmaceutical and digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace. MBA or MPH preferred with 5+ years experience Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer-driven insights to drive brand performance. Ability to work effectively within an Alliance structure. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage advertising and/or other agencies. Experience assessing, piloting, or scaling AI or digital innovation initiatives within a regulated industry is a plus. Demonstrated initiative, strong strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Solid analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate strategy and analysis into a tactical, executable plan. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
