Preferred: - B2B SaaS & Collaboration Domain: Background working on complex B2B SaaS products, specifically within collaboration platforms, enterprise solutions, AI-powered productivity tools, or meeting intelligence ecosystems. - Enterprise Panel Building & Ops: Proven ability to source, build, and manage dedicated research panels of enterprise customers, IT administrators, and B2B buyers, paired with experience scaling centralized research repositories (e.g., Dovetail, Notion) as cross-functional assets. - GTM & Funnel Optimization: Experience supporting B2C-to-B2B or consumer-to-team product expansions, including conducting research that directly informs enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies, monetization efforts, and holistic funnel optimization. **What we offer** 1. **Meaningful Ownership** An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives a real stake in Plaud’s long-term success. 2. **Competitive Compensation** 125K-165K base salary+performance bonus+Equity. 3. **High-Impact Environment** Work in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the future of AI productivity. 4. **Cutting-Edge AI Tools for Productivity** Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Gemini, Claude Code, and other frontier AI systems to maximize engineering and execution efficiency. 5. **Best-in-Class Equipment** Choice of top-spec laptops, high-performance workstation setups, and cutting-edge Plaud devices for all new hires. 6. **Team & Culture** Annual company offsites, team events, and a culture that values craftsmanship, ownership, and velocity. ***Disclaimer**: Plaud is and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
