Utilities Administrator

Job description

As a Prints and Validation Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering essential utility search and document preparation activities on behalf of our contract. You will prepare job packs for the operational teams prior to work being carried out. Activities to be performed include; using a variety of websites to carry out critical searches of local utility infrastructure in the geographical areas. Searches include checking for the presence of BT, electrical, gas and cable networks in the ground or above ground. Once safe dig checks have been carried out, you will collate information along with details of what work is to be delivered and the location into a ‘job pack’. This role requires a fantastic eye for detail and an ability to interrogate multiple utility systems to pull together critical information. Whilst repetitive, our operational teams absolutely rely on the accuracy of information before they start work.
