Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in utilities engineering or related field. Strong understanding of utility systems, including water, wastewater, and drainage. Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
