UX Designer (Growth)

[**Lexroom**](http://lexroom.ai/)is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today **more than 20,000 legal professionals** across **Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria** rely on [**Lexroom**](http://lexroom.ai/)**.** **We're backed by $73M** from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and **we're a team of around 300 builders** who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. **Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.** ## **Why** [****](http://Lexroom.ai)**?** - **Shape the Standard:** Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - **Work with the Best:** Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - **Deliver Meaningful Results:** Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At [****](http://Lexroom.ai), we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: **a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.** ## **The role** You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow. The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion. ## What you will do - **Design high-converting landing pages** for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile. - **Define the website structure** and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed. - **Own the design workflow in Figma end to end:** scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website. - **Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS** (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects. - **Implement custom solutions and automations** with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM). - **Identify UX and conversion friction points** using analytics, heatmaps and user behavior analysis, and propose tests and iterations. - **Collaborate with stakeholders** across marketing, product and sales to turn business goals into pages that work. ## What we are looking for - 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development, with a portfolio that shows your track record. - Strong skills in Figma and UX design for the web: user research and framing, information architecture, wireframes, design systems, prototypes. - Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress). - Knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript highly valued. - Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and tools such as Microsoft Clarity. - Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and a CRM (HubSpot). - Native-level proficiency in one of Italian, Spanish, German or French, fluent English, and working knowledge of at least one additional language among Italian, Spanish, German and French. - Creative, proactive and iterative approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments. ## **Nice to have** - SEO fundamentals and best practices. - Interest in using AI and automation in design and development workflows (for example, connecting Figma and Webflow). - Experience in B2B, SaaS or legal/fintech contexts. ## **WHAT SETS US APART** **An Exceptional Team** At [**Lexroom**](http://lexroom.ai/), you’ll work alongside top talent in tech and legal AI. Our focused teams operate with purpose and autonomy, so every contribution delivers visible results. You’ll collaborate with people who pair innovation with rigor, curiosity with discipline, ambition with depth. **Growth that Matters** We hire exceptional people to make a difference—and we give them space to lead. Your work will shape the future of legal technology and set new standards for the field. Impact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title. If you’re ready to take responsibility, you’ll find real opportunities to grow and lead high-stakes projects. ## **Rewarding Your Contribution** We value excellence and share success: - **Annual Salary Range:** €32,000 – €42,000 - **Equity Package:** Align your growth with the company’s long-term success. ## **Benefits That Matter** - **Hybrid Work:** Flexibility to balance remote work with in-person collaboration at our **Milan HQ**. - **Health Insurance:** Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind. - **Meal Vouchers:** Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier. - **Team Retreats & Off-sites:** Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas. **At**[****](http://Lexroom.ai)**, ambition meets discipline and purpose. We’re not just building a product—we’re setting a new standard for the legal world. If you’re ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.**
