Our Product team is building the next generation of financial products, and we’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join us on this journey. **What will you do:** - Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation. - Design intuitive and polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of our Design System. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. - Leverage AI tools and Claude Code as part of your daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerating product development. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products. - Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems. - Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects. - Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams. - A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking. **Who you are:** A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.Enjoy collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.A quick learner who embraces new technologies, tools, and ways of working.A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for building great products. **Nice to have:** Experience designing AI-powered products and experiences.Familiarity with GitHub and modern collaboration workflows with engineering teams.Experience in the finance industry or designing for finance professionals.
