Uren: Bepaalde duur contract (in optie) voor voltijd (35 uur per week) en deeltijd (21-28 uur per week) GEEN student contract mogelijk Startdatum: Zo snel mogelijk Flexibiliteit: Volledige beschikbaarheid van maandag tot zondag vereist. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Klantenservice: Bied een uitstekende winkelervaring – van paskamers tot hightech kassa’s – door alert te zijn en in te spelen op de wensen van klanten. Excellente Winkelpresentatie: Houd de winkel schoon, goed bevoorraad, georganiseerd en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd, om klanten te inspireren. Sales- en Voorraadbeheer: Observeer klantreacties en pas visuele displays en voorraadniveaus per stijl, kleur en maat aan, om klanten optimaal te bedienen. Team Samenwerking: Werk samen met collega’s, bied ondersteuning en help samen een krachtig, verbonden team te creëren. Duurzaamheid: Promoot ons recyclingprogramma, onze reparatieservice en neem actief deel aan lokale maatschappelijke initiatieven. Retail Technologie: Draag bij aan contentcreatie voor onze social media, styling-app of livestreamkanalen, als je het leuk vindt om in de schijnwerpers te staan. Sales & Inventory Management: Monitoring customer reactions to our products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels for each style, colour, and size, to satisfy customer demand.
