**Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Wildwood is hiring a full-time Practice Manager** to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’ll drive daily operations, support our medical team, and help keep our clients and patients well cared for. **Compensation & Benefits** - $60,000–$90,000 per year, plus up to 15% annual performance bonus - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - PTO and 401(k) - Professional development support **Essential Responsibilities** - Own hospital growth: set the vision, make the decisions, and deliver the best business outcomes for the practice. - Collaborate closely with the Doctor co-owner on the hospital’s growth potential, set goals, remove obstacles, and build a hospital where great medicine and great business go hand in hand. - Unlock the potential of your team by recruiting top talent, investing in their development, and creating a culture where people do their best work. - Champion the client experience from first call to follow-up, building loyalty and growing the practice’s reputation in the community. - Lead day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities, so the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. - Drive financial performance: manage P&L, analyze results, and implement strategies that deliver sustainable profitability without compromising the highest quality of care. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **What We’re Looking For** - Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required. - A calm, decisive leader who can juggle competing priorities - Strong communicator, comfortable with both clients and clinical staff - Data-informed decision-maker who takes ownership - Comfortable with practice management software and standard office tools **Leadership & Infrastructure Support** - Dedicated Training: Through our partnership with Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), you’ll have access to leadership development opportunities to strengthen your leadership and decision-making skills. - Collaborative Environment: Connect with VPP's network of other practice managers and support team members — including partnering more closely with the other Fox Creek Hospital teams — to help navigate challenges and opportunities. - Back-Office Support: Centralized functions (payroll, IT, finance, recruiting, and more) to reduce your administrative burden. **About Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital – Wildwood** Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital has been serving Wildwood, MO and the surrounding community since 2000.
