Broadstairs Vets for Pets is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team! Broadstairs Vets for Pets is an established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice with over 20 years of serving the local community. We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years' experience who is ready for the next stage of their career. Whether your interests lie in surgery, medicine, imaging or developing a particular clinical area, we will support you in pursuing your professional goals. We encourage further education, CPD and certificate development, while recognising that every clinician's career journey is individual. As a practice, we are committed to continually investing in our people, facilities and clinical services. We are an ambitious practice with exciting plans for the future, and we want our team to grow and develop alongside us. You will have the autonomy to manage your own cases while being part of a collaborative team who enjoy sharing knowledge, discussing cases and supporting one another. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Weekend commitments are negotiable. Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm There are no out-of-hours commitments, and we offer flexibility in working patterns because we understand the importance of achieving a healthy work-life balance.
