Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our presence across the Victorian market. RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Sales Officer, your primary accountabilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Driving sustainable revenue growth across Victoria through strategic planning and execution. Building capability within the team by fostering a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborating with State Managers, Vertical General Managers, and national teams to identify and capture new business opportunities. Work with the State Service Delivery Manager and the Service team to deliver high quality customer service Contributing to major tender submissions, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities. Promoting a culture that reflects Konica Minolta's values of collaboration, customer focus, and innovation. What You'll BringProven leadership experience with strong commercial and business acumen. Extensive sales management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering growth and exceeding targets. Outstanding people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, your primary accountabilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Driving sustainable revenue growth across Victoria through strategic planning and execution.
• Building capability within the team by fostering a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with State Managers, Vertical General Managers, and national teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Work with the State Service Delivery Manager and the Service team to deliver high quality customer service
• Contributing to major tender submissions, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities.
