Vice President/Assistant Vice President, Business Management Support – IT Infrastructure

Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with third-party risk management requirements, including due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and risk assessments for vendors and intra-group entities. Manage DBS intragroup outsourcing (DIGOS) activities in line with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Guide project teams through required risk processes and approvals to ensure effective risk mitigation. Drive and perform general ledger account ownership (GLAO) certification to ensure accurate financial controls. Manage performance scorecards, including KPI tracking, reporting, and system updates. Drive change management quality by reviewing change requests and ensuring postimplementation reviews are consistently performed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in a business management or IT support role, preferably in the financial services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address IT infrastructure-related challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in the use of relevant business and IT management tools and software Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, technologies, and best practices Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
