As a Treasury Sales Officer, you will manage and develop relationships with US-headquartered Global Commercial Banking clients and their European operations, helping them optimise liquidity, payments and working capital strategies. Working closely with Corporate Banking and GPS product partners, you will originate new business, deepen client relationships and deliver strategic treasury solutions across a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. This is a highly visible role offering significant client ownership, commercial responsibility and exposure to senior Treasury and Finance decision-makers. The Team Global Payments Solutions (GPS) delivers treasury, payments, liquidity, trade and working capital solutions to companies around the world. As part of our EMEA Global Commercial Banking Sales team, you will work with some of the most internationally active companies, helping clients navigate increasingly complex treasury and cross-border banking needs. You will partner closely with Corporate Banking, Product, FX, Trade, Liquidity, Credit, Risk and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions that support client growth and drive long-term relationships. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to multinational clients, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and passionate about delivering strategic treasury solutions. Responsibilities Client Coverage & Business Development Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects Originate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the portfolio Develop and execute client growth strategies aligned with broader relationship objectives Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver against agreed revenue targets Expand wallet share through strategic client engagement and solution-led selling Treasury Advisory & Solution Delivery Develop a deep understanding of client treasury, liquidity and working capital needs Deliver tailored solutions across cash management, payments, liquidity, FX, commercial cards and trade finance Lead treasury discussions, solution presentations and business development opportunities with senior client stakeholders Partner with implementation and service teams to ensure successful execution and client outcomes Partnership & Stakeholder Management Work closely with Corporate Banking and GPS Product partners to identify and execute growth opportunities Collaborate across Product, Risk, Compliance, Credit and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions Provide market intelligence and client insights to support business and product development initiatives Risk & Governance Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements Balance commercial objectives with sound risk and control practices What we are looking for Treasury & Transaction Banking Experience Experience in Treasury Management Sales, Transaction Banking, Cash Management or Global Payments Solutions sales Strong knowledge of payments, liquidity management, cash management, FX, trade finance, commercial cards and working capital solutions Experience supporting multinational clients with complex cross-border treasury requirements Commercial & Business Development Skills Proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities Experience managing client portfolios and building long-term strategic relationships Relationship Management & Influencing Ability to build trusted relationships with CFOs, Treasurers and senior Finance stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organisation Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to operate independently while working collaboratively across teams Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Additional Requirements Fluent English required German language skills beneficial but not essential Additional European languages are advantageous Experience working with multinational organisations and international treasury structures preferred Bank of America Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
