Your mission We’re seeking a visionary Vice President of Sales to lead our German and DACH sales organization. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, scaling revenue operations, and driving customer success in complex B2B environments. As VP of Sales, you’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany, build relationships with enterprise clients, and collaborate closely with global leadership to align revenue growth with long-term strategy. Your profile Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region, with a strong focus on enterprise accounts. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional sales directors, account executives, and business development professionals. Build executive-level relationships with key clients and partners to accelerate large-deal growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer journey. Deliver accurate forecasting and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Represent Ariadne at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership engagements. About You 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership roles, ideally within SaaS, technology, or enterprise services. Proven success leading multi-million-euro sales teams in Germany or broader DACH markets. Strong track record of building and scaling go-to-market strategies from growth to maturity. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in both German and English. Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
