Responsibilities: Develop and manage the Wealth Advisory Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the Consumer Banking Group's wealth management business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize the platform's features and functionalities Oversee the integration of the Wealth Advisory Platform with the bank's core systems, including the Avaloq system, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency Manage stakeholder relationships, including business partners, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, address concerns, and drive platform enhancements Develop and implement platform management strategies, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement Leverage DPM business knowledge to align the platform with the bank's wealth management objectives and client needs Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on wealth advisory platform capabilities and best practices Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, platform management, or a related field Proven track record of successfully developing and managing wealth advisory platforms or similar financial technology solutions Proficient in platform management, including integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of the Avaloq system and its integration with wealth management platforms Demonstrated expertise in DPM business knowledge and its application in wealth advisory platform design and optimization Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
