And this is where you come in... Kabam is looking for a Contract Video Artist to support the creative services team for 1 year. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality gameplay footage and imagery and supporting video editing tasks across our portfolio of titles - including Marvel Contest of Champions and Shop Titans - for use in marketing materials, both static and video. **This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.** ### In this role, you can expect to: - Assist in video editing and content preparation for upcoming video releases for major titles including Marvel Contest of Champions and Shop Titans. - Capture gameplay footage and screenshots in Unity across multiple Kabam titles. - Organize and deliver raw capture in a way that's easy for editors and designers to use. - Stay up to date on in-game events, updates, and content across our titles so you can proactively capture relevant moments. - Flag bugs, visual glitches, or inconsistencies encountered while capturing from in-development builds. - Occasional support in live stream operations as required. ### To be successful in this role, your background includes: - 3+ years of video editing experience in both short-form and long-form content: game industry experience preferred. - Working knowledge of game engines or 3D software (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.). - Interest in game development and/or marketing. - Familiarity with Kabam titles (Marvel Contest of Champions & Shop Titans). - Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Moderate proficiency in audio editing and intermediate-level proficiency in designing and animating motion graphics.
