What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who brings strategic thinking, creative judgement, commercial awareness and a genuine curiosity about how audiences discover and engage with video. Strong familiarity with video platforms and analytics tools, including YouTube Studio, retention curves, click-through rates, recommendation systems and thumbnail experimentation. A demonstrated track record of growing video audiences, with measurable results across subscribers, watch time, retention or engagement. Sound knowledge of short-form vertical video, multi-platform distribution strategies and emerging audience behaviours. Experience developing commercially successful video products, including sponsorship integrations and branded content, in partnership with sales teams.
