This role supports field users globally and plays a key role in troubleshooting, system optimization, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on network experience, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** Provide high-level technical support to federal customers Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving IP and analog video systems Configure and support industry-standard networking and camera equipment Diagnose, reproduce, and analyze system issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies Support and provide oversight to Tier 2 engineering efforts Develop and contribute to technical documentation and training materials Participate in meetings, technical briefings, and working sessions Communicate effectively with both leadership and field personnel **Required Qualifications** Active Secret Clearance (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Video surveillance systems (IP-based and analog) Security camera systems (hardware and software) Network systems administration and deployment Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, firewall rules) Experience with IP addressing and network troubleshooting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment **Ideal Candidate** Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in mission-focused environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining technical accuracy
