Develop and update training materials and learning resources. Assess employee performance and provide coaching and feedback. Identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans. Collaborate with Team Leads and other stakeholders to improve training effectiveness. Monitor training results and support continuous learning initiatives. 📌 Requirements: Experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or in a similar training role. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience creating and delivering training programs. Coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop others. Analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness.
