You’ll track productivity metrics (call volumes, task completion) and provide the daily direction needed to help your team hit their personal bests. Strategic Reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse. You will translate team activities into clear progress updates for senior management, highlighting both wins and opportunities. What you bring to the table: Experience: 3+ years in Operations, Team Coordination, or Customer Success. You’ve led teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments before.
