Job Function: Supply Chain Manufacturing Job Sub Function: Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Ota, Tokyo, Japan Job Description: 職位概要 羽田ディストリートビューションセンター、朝霞オペレーションセンターの設備の安定稼動を図る為 、検証 （点検含め）、評価し関係者と改善を行う。 医療機器の製造販売関連の要求事項を理解し、それらを厳守するように工程の維持、管理をする。 EHSS（環境安全衛生）スタンダードを元に安全に作業できる環境を実現する 職務及び責務 目標に基づき、グループの方針・目標を設定し 、部門目標の達成を図る 設備・機構デザイン 1）電気、機械機構 、周辺デザインのサポート、提案 2）電気、機械の安全機構のデザインサポート、指示 3）提案された仕様の確認、検証 設備、及び関連システムの保守戦略の 構築、対応 1）保守ミーティングの開催、リード （ 3PL のリードに移行していく） 2）入荷から出荷を円滑に行えるようにマテハン機器管理のサポート 3）保守改善のサポート （電気、機械） 4）保全計画作成サポート 5）予備品の管理方法サポート、及び EOL 情報の共有、入換えを検討 6）保守予算管理 オペレーションサポート 1）3PL 保守メンバーの育成、開発 2）資材デザイン 、評価方法 （使い勝手 、効率、強度測定含め）のサポート 3）設備、プロセス、システムを検証 （作業分析 、効率検証） 、評価し改善を行う 4）要請された各プロジェクトへ参闘し 、遂行する 業者管理 、設備購買業務 1）高品質で低価格のサービスが提供できるよう にパートナーシップを維持する 2）仕様書の作成 、見積書の精査・妥当性の検証、及び交渉を行う 3）納期管理を行う 設備（電気、機械機構含め）検証方法の構築 、作成、実施 1）検証方法案の作成 、提案 2）業者への規格指示と内容の調整を行う 3）QAと基準 （評価、信頼性範囲含め）の調整、作成 EHSS(Environment, Health,Safety, Sustainability) 1）HDC安全衛生委員会のリード 2）安全トレーニングの実施 3）各セルフアセスメント の実施及び改善 を実施する 4）Good Saves （ヒヤリートハットのアップデートタイプ） 活動、5S 活動のリード 5）グローバル、APACのEHSSからサイトの現状調査依頼の対応を する 6）倉庫内での怪我人が発生した場合 、72時間以内に部門長始め関係者へエスカレーションを行う 7）訪災訓練の案内、サポート ＷＷEngineeringとのコラボレーション 1）マンスリートレビューミーティングの出席、イベント、報告があれば 、発表する 2）検証方法検討内容の相談 3）グローバルで使用している新規設備のレビュー 6）保守、保全経験、生産技術経験があれば、対応可能 7）英語 (海外サイトと E-mail、電話会議によるコミュニケーション） 経験及び教育 電気回路（弱電、強電共に）読み取りできる 部品図、組図、機構図読み取リできる 制御プログラムの読み取リできる 物流設備やロボットの導入／メンテナンス／安全対策／改善の経験があれば尚良い オペレーション管理、作業分析が可能、経験があれば尚良い 保守、保全経験、生産技術経験 7.医療機器の製造販売にかかわる規制要求事項に精通している ___________________________________________________________________________ For internal employee: ・If you are Japan employee, please read “Internal Application Guideline” in Ask GS.
