What you’ll do As Lead Commercial Strategy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping VodafoneThree's cross-brand growth strategy, defining how customers move across our portfolio of brands to deliver greater value for both our customers and the business. This is a highly visible commercial leadership role with significant influence across consumer strategy, trading performance, and long-term growth plans. Define and lead VodafoneThree's cross-brand migration strategy, shaping how customers move between PAYG, Three, CVB, Contract and Vodafone propositions to maximise customer value and commercial growth. Own the customer targeting, segmentation, pricing and proposition strategy, ensuring the right customers receive the right offer through the right journey at the right time. Deliver against key P&L, revenue and trading targets by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to optimise results across live migration programmes. Lead trading and performance reviews, providing insightful analysis, forecasts and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including L1 leadership teams. Partner with Commercial, CRM, Digital, Analytics, Proposition and Finance teams to develop and continuously improve customer journeys, driving retention, conversion and long-term customer value. Lead and develop a small team while influencing the future direction of VodafoneThree's customer base strategy, balancing immediate commercial performance with longer-term strategic growth opportunities. Who you are Significant experience in commercial strategy, trading, pricing, propositions, retention or customer lifecycle management. Proven expertise in customer retention, lifecycle management or base management, with experience using customer insight, segmentation and CRM strategies to drive growth and value from existing customer bases. A strategic thinker who can balance immediate commercial priorities with longer-term planning, identifying future opportunities and translating them into actionable growth strategies. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret complex performance trends, make commercial recommendations and confidently influence decision-making at senior leadership level. A collaborative stakeholder manager who builds strong relationships across Commercial, Finance, CRM, Digital, Proposition and Analytics teams to deliver business outcomes.
