What You'll Do

Requirements
- 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, driving and being responsible for product sales and revenue growth
- 3+ years leading a Rev ops function
- 5+ years in the music industry, preferably B2B
- A deep understanding of the business side of the music industry, including sync and marketing, and the contacts and experience to open doors
- A proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries
- Experience evolving and transforming sales teams - not just inheriting and maintaining
- Experiencing building and evolving effective RevOps teams and systems
- An autonomous and energetic approach to problem solving
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style that fits a tight-knit exec team
- Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies
