Responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure stock levels meet demands. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the warehouse. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions. Actively participate in optimizing warehouse processes and workflows to improve efficiency. Assist in the training of warehouse staff on the proper handling of materials and warehouse procedures. Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management. Requirements Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse administration or management. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
