Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative Location: Tucson, AZ Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This position is a combination of warehouse operations and customer service, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while staying active in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling customer orders, shipping and receiving, inventory, and walk-in customer pickups. Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately Assist customers with walk-in orders and pickups Provide friendly and professional customer service Perform shipping and receiving duties Receive, organize, and prepare materials for shipment Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy Verify orders and materials for accuracy Maintain an organized and clean warehouse Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Follow all company safety and operating procedures Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, customer service, or order-entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Ability to enter customer orders accurately Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous inventory experience is a plus Why Join This Team?
