**Warehouse Associate - Only Weekend Shift** Tires Easy is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Lawrenceville, NJ warehouse location. This is a hands-on, physically active role supporting the receiving, processing, and shipping of tire inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re looking for dependable team members who are comfortable with physical work, reliable attendance, and working as part of a collaborative warehouse team. You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving and shipping of products, processing tires according to internal SOP’s, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Eligibility Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to regularly handle, lift, and move heavy tires (up to 90lbs) - At least (1) year of warehouse experience - Available to work from 6:00am - 4:30pm EST Saturdays and Sundays **Responsibilities will include:** - Receiving and shipping inventory (Tires) - Proficient in using smartphones to follow task instructions through mobile applications - Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company health and safety policies and practices - Participating in general warehouse maintenance and ensuring a clean workspace - Escalation of issues to supervisor when necessary **Attributes to success:** - Proven success in building relationships and trust - Comfort working in a dynamic environment - Adaptability; processes and workflows may change as we look to improve both the customer experience and your experience as a member of the team **Desired skills & experience:** - Experience in the automotive industry - Basic understanding of tires preferred, but on the job training will be provided - You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in warehouses - You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude; you’re self- reflective Compensation: $19/hour
