If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Warehouse Operative**!** **Responsibilities:** - Pick, pack, and handle products with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of quantities and part numbers. - Ensuring that the fulfilment manager/product picking supervisor are aware of any stock adjustments that are required after pick is complete. - Identify and escalate discrepancies, damages, or quality issues. - Comply with stock control and storage protocols. - Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including appropriate use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. - Support stores activities and fulfilment operations as required. **The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:** - Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role is desirable. - Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling goods. - Good numeracy and literacy skills. - Computer literate – WMS experience is a plus. - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. - Flexible approach with willingness to work overtime when required. - Must live within a commutable distance to the site in West Horndon. **In return we are offering:** - A highly competitive salary starting at £26,500 raising to £27,500 on the successful completion of probation period. - Working hours – Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm and every other Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm. - Overtime available during peak periods at an enhanced rate of pay. - 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (which increases after 5 years). - Private medical insurance (BUPA) - Enhanced pension contribution. - Company bonus scheme. - Life assurance. - Cycle to work scheme. - Employee Assistance Programme. - Onsite parking. **Interested?
