Warehouse Operative / Logistics / Distribution Centre IMS BV is growing! In our a brand‑new distribution centre in Venhorst, North Brabant , we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support our growing logistics and supply chain operations. Tasks Picking and collecting customer orders accurately (order picking) Packing and preparing orders for shipment (order packing) Labelling and preparing goods for transport Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy Unloading deliveries and handling goods receipt Reporting damaged or missing goods Operating warehouse equipment (reach truck experience is a plus) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse (housekeeping) Supporting basic warehouse administration and inventory control Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment Good command of English (spoken and written) Reach truck experience or certificate is an advantage Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Benefits Full-time warehouse job (40 hours per week) Stable Monday–Friday working hours Team lunches on the last Friday of the month Career development and progression opportunities Friendly, supportive team environment 25 days holiday An additional day off for your birthday 8% holiday allowance 3% employer pension contribution Mileage allowance (€0.20 per km, up to 30 km per day)
