Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

**Job Descriptions:** - To achieve target level of sort efficiency and sort throughput speed - Maintain an efficient warehouse team, in carrying out relevant sort functions - Using data and physical checks, ensure warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved - Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise - Coordinate instructions passed down from the other departments to your respective warehouse team. - Schedule workload equally to the team members - Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks - Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection - Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision - To ensure no damage to item during loading/unloading. - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. ### Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Logistic/ Warehouse experience will be considered. - Candidate must be prepared to manage and discipline drivers, preferably Junior - Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
