Warehouse Worker - 3rd Graveyard Shift

We are looking to hire an operator for our Daniels’ **medical waste** treatment facility in Walton, KY. A Plant Operator has a widely varying role, from checking in containers, double checking paperwork, moving/unloading specific waste containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave. **12035 Chandler Dr** **Walton, KY 41094** Check this out on our YouTube[!](https://youtu.be/Of-BlkQe1lo?si=lRcVVAjAK0h8Cs8I) [](https://youtu.be/Of-BlkQe1lo?si=lRcVVAjAK0h8Cs8I) ### What will your job involve? - **Lifting 55lbs bins** and push a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as **200lbs** - Weigh incoming sharps and medical waste containers - Load/operate our autoclave machine *(a pressure chamber to melt materials)* - Load the Washsmart system *(container washing + sanitization system)* - Provide attention to detail with the paperwork required to process containers - Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably - Working well with a team! ### What are we looking for? - Previous experience in a warehouse **labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)** - **Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening** - **Willingness to take a 7 year background check** - Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately - Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems - Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards - Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE - Proven longevity with employers - Can-do attitude!! ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof. - **Consistent work hours-**Sunday to Thursday 3rd Shift **(9:30PM-6AM)** - **Benefits:** Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one! - **DIRECT HIRE –** This is a Full-time **DIRECT HIRE** of 40 hours per week! - **Competitive salary –** This position is offering **a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $21.00 per hour!**
