Job description
D&M Leasing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Warranty and Ancillary Product Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on offering aftermarket products to clients, both lease and retail, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Finance and Insurance (F&I) teams to understand and present products while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The base salary is $4,000 per month, along with additional bonuses and commissions, offering the potential to earn a six-figure income. This role would be out of our Fort Worth office M-F 8:30-6pm with an hour lunch. Responsibilities: • Offer aftermarket products to 100% of clients, including leases and retail deals. • Learn and master the details of all back-end products and their benefits. • Understand bank approvals and guidelines to identify eligible products. • Communicate with lenders and update approvals with aftermarket products independently, without involving sales managers. • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or text with a professional and friendly approach. • Assist with other F&I functions as needed. • Collaborate with agents to ensure accurate deal updates and customer satisfaction. • Use tools like CyberCalc to quote products efficiently. • Prepare and send customized communication templates to clients. • Follow up with clients using tailored responses to address objections and provide alternative options. • Ensure timely processing of deals without creating bottlenecks. • Provide clear explanations of aftermarket products to clients, addressing any questions confidently. Qualifications: • Relevant experience in the auto industry to be able to understand the back end products you are offering. • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • High sense of urgency and attention to detail. • Friendly and bubbly disposition with a strong customer service mindset. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. • Experience with financial processes, approvals, and customer-facing interactions is a plus.
