You’ll remain part of a team throughout the programme, allowing you to build meaningful experience, relationships and capability rather than moving through a series of short rotations. Exposure – you’ll learn from the people around you through regular support from your manager and Career Coach, mentoring and buddy relationships, leadership sessions, cross-team collaboration and opportunities to build your PwC network. Education – you’ll have dedicated learning opportunities covering areas such as business acumen, communication, professional skills, digital capabilities and AI, alongside learning relevant to your home function. Throughout the year, regular conversations and checkpoints will help you understand your progress, recognize your strengths and focus your development.
