You’ll get steady hours, good gear, and a team that has your back. **We Build What Matters.** ### Water & Wastewater Construction Laborers This role provides hands-on support across underground utilities, mechanical work, and concrete operations. **Typical Responsibilities Include:** - Assisting with installation and repair of water and sewer mains, services, and structures - Supporting excavation, trenching, shoring, bedding, and backfilling - Assisting with pumps, valves, hydrants, lift stations, and treatment facility components - Performing general construction tasks: formwork, concrete placement, demolition, grading, site cleanup - Operating or assisting with light-to-medium construction equipment - Maintaining safe job sites and following OSHA, trench, and confined space requirements **Ideal Background:** - Prior experience in water/wastewater construction strongly preferred - Willingness to work in trenches, confined spaces, and outdoor environments - Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset
