As a Watersports Assistant Instructor at Villa Haven, you will assist in conducting and supervising a range of watersports activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This role requires a passion for watersports, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide excellent service. Minimum 2 years of experience in watersports activities is required. Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities. Willingness to learn and assist in various watersports disciplines. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports. Certifications: Assistant Instructor Course (VDWS) Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College) Boat Captain License Basic Emergency First Response License Basic Surf Rescue (SLSA) Basic Windsurfing License (VDWS/RYA) Basic Sailing License (VDWS/RYA) General Certificate of Education (A Level) or Diploma in Business Management or Marine Biology. Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
