What Makes This Role Great $18–$25/hour depending on experience, certification, and client assignment Recurring 4–6 hour weekday shifts One-on-one care in a client’s home 24/7 support from a responsive, local team Time and a half pay for holidays and overtime Mileage reimbursement during client shifts Small, locally owned team environment What You'll Do Depending on the needs of your assigned client, responsibilities may include: Companionship and supervision Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Transportation to appointments or errands Dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Bathing and toileting assistance Mobility, ambulation, and transfer support Feeding assistance Other non-medical personal care needs What We're Looking For Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification Availability for recurring 4–6 hour shifts Monday–Friday At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred Reliable and consistent attendance Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Valid driver's license and active auto insurance Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening This posting is specifically for caregivers seeking weekday 4–6 hour shifts.
