Job description
**Reports to:** LCBC Willow Street Worship Leader **Hours Commitment:** Part Time – 12-15 hours per week (24-30 hours per month), alternated with another part-time Production Technician, with regular weekend responsibilities. **Objective:** To help promote life change by developing relationships and leading volunteers to create excellent environments by preparing, maintaining, and operating audio, video and lighting systems throughout the campus location. ### Personal Qualifications - Have a personal relationship with Jesus and demonstrate ongoing spiritual growth through everyday habits and practices. - Support LCBC’s mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs. - Be a leader who is: - **Focused:** Work hard with urgency and intensity - **Collaborative:** Bring others into your work, give and ask for feedback - **Growth-minded:** Plan for growth and be ready for when God wants to move by pursuing personal, spiritual, and professional development - Lead the way in LCBC’s values: We run after the one, we pursue excellence, we prioritize relationships, we deploy people for impact, and we are real and relatable. - Be an LCBC Partner, or willing to become one within 60 days of employment. Regularly attend and participate at LCBC prior to and/or upon employment. ### Primary Responsibilities: Relational (50%) - Build a culture of growth and excellence within the location’s tech team. - Recruit, train, and incorporate highly effective volunteers to the location’s tech team. - Care for and point volunteers towards a growing relationship with Christ. - Cast vision by sharing stories of Life change and celebrating wins. ### Primary Responsibilities: Technical (50%) - Weekend Gathering preparation including: - Own your location’s auditorium (preparation, maintenance and organization). - Adapt systems to accomplish new goals. - Schedule volunteers. - Resource other production environments at the location. - Troubleshoot malfunctions and errors. - Operate and train volunteers to operate sound, lighting and video equipment. - Work 45+ weekends per year. - Assist the campus location with special events throughout the year, above and beyond the weekend such as: Leadership Summit, Funerals, Graduations, Christmas and Easter Gatherings, etc. ### Required Skills: - Innovative and self-leading, able to work with and motivate volunteers in a team environment. - Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive, live productions. - Ongoing physical ability to setup/teardown equipment, climb ladders, and lift equipment overhead. - Ability to recruit, train and lead people. ### Benefits We Offer: - Annual counseling benefit - Casual dress - Quarterly professional and spiritual development days - Intentional investment in personal and professional development
