About the Role We are a growing residential window and door company seeking an experienced Crew Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who is looking for consistency, takes pride in their work, can lead a crew effectively, and is looking to grow within a company that offers strong earning potential through performance-based incentives. – Responsibilities * Lead and manage a crew on residential window and door installation projects * Complete installations to company standards with a focus on quality and efficiency * Operate a brake for aluminum trim and finishing work * Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe * Communicate professionally with homeowners to deliver a positive customer experience * Monitor material usage and minimize waste * Train and support junior installers as needed --- Qualifications * 1–2+ years of experience in window and door installation * Experience using a metal brake (required) * Strong understanding of residential construction practices * Proven ability to lead a crew or take initiative on job sites * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Strong work ethic and attention to detail --- Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly base pay * Performance-based bonuses * Opportunities for advancement within a growing company
