**Job Details** Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of residential windows and doors. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. ### Responsibilities - Install, replace, and seal windows and doors according to specifications and building codes - Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment - Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently - Inspect job sites and troubleshoot installation issues as needed - Apply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing materials - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Communicate effectively with team members and customers - Follow all safety procedures and company standards ### Qualifications - Previous experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred - Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders - Valid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required) - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented ### What we Offer - Competitive pay (based on experience) - Opportunities for overtime and advancement - Supportive team environment - Travel with per diem
