Winter 2027 Co-op Student – Business Analyst, Personal Banking (4 - 8 months)

Job Description Please note: This posting is for a 4-or 8 month Student Winter 2027 placement with a start date of January 11, 2027 and end-date of April 30, 2027 or August 20, 2027. In order to be eligible for this Winter co-op Student position, you must either: Be returning back to school after the work term end-date in August 2027/December 2027; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2027/August 2027), but you require the work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully. Depending on your placement, you may: Identify, manage, analyze, and interpret data to support the creation of meaningful and actionable insights that drive business growth. Interact and collaborate with team members in an agile work environment to build outstanding products, services, and campaigns. Develop creative problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges. Refine your communication and presentation skills by presenting findings and recommendations to business partners and senior management. Continually work with internal partners to ensure cross-learning between teams and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for data and a desire to drive business growth through insights. Nice-to-have (varies by placement): Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Bilingualism (English and /French) written and spoken.
