**Foth** is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented **WisDOT Construction Project Leader** to oversee the execution of WisDOT construction projects and assist with client management activities. You will play a significant role on Foth’s WisDOT team as a valued leader and contributor to our team’s success. This position will be based out of **Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay WI.**
### Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team
- Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved
- Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews
- Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages
- Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOT
- Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards
### Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects (i.e. transportation, utilities, bridge, etc.)
- Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leader
- Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) WisDOT Certifications
### Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
