We are looking for a Remote Case Manager to assist in managing cases from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth communication and case progression. **Responsibilities** - Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement. - Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation. - Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries. - Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups. - Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met. - Maintain accurate case records and update case management software. - Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements. **Qualifications** - Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
