Job description
We are looking for you
At Invesdor, we are not just another European investment platform. We are building the future of sustainable investing.
By combining the strengths of the Benelux, Nordics and DACH regions, we are creating the only truly pan-European impact investment platform. We connect investors with sustainable companies and projects that are shaping a better future — and that is exactly where you come in.
We are looking for a working student to support our Dutch team in Amsterdam with investor support, 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
You will be responsible for
You will be part of our Customer Support team for the Dutch market. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure that our investors get clear, friendly and reliable answers to their questions about investments, accounts, payments and platform processes.
You will start with the more straightforward inquiries and take on more responsibility as you learn the platform. You will always have a clear escalation path: more complex, sensitive or regulatory questions are handed over to our experienced Customer Success colleagues — you are never left alone with them.
What you will do
Answering incoming investor inquiries for the Dutch market by email and through our ticketing system, and by phone once you are up to speed
Keeping track of several open cases at the same time and making sure nothing gets lost
Supporting your colleagues with account-related topics, such as transfers of investor accounts and bounced payments
Helping to keep our FAQs and answer templates for the Dutch market up to date
Occasional translations between Dutch and English for investor-facing texts
What we offer
A working student role with real responsibility — you talk to investors, not just to internal tools
Working hours that we plan around your lecture schedule, with flexibility during exam periods
A structured onboarding, including an introduction to how our platform and our products work, followed by on-the-job training with clear milestones
Close guidance from experienced Customer Success colleagues and short decision-making paths
Practical insight into a regulated European investment platform — useful for anyone considering a career in finance or fintech
An inspiring office at SDG House in Amsterdam and an international, impact-driven team
To be successful in this role you will need
You enjoy helping people, you write clearly and you keep an overview even when several things are open at once. You do not need to know anything about crowdinvesting yet — but you should be curious about how it works.
What matters most to us is how you organise your work: you can handle several genuinely different topics in parallel without losing track, you can tell what is urgent and what can wait, and you naturally rely on lists, ticket statuses and notes rather than keeping everything in your head.
To succeed in this role, you bring
Enrolment at a university or university of applied sciences
Dutch at native-speaker level, plus fluent English in writing and speech to work with our international team
Solid Excel basics from day one: pulling and updating data and working with simple formulas and calculations
Confident, independent use of computers and common software; a willingness to learn ticketing and CRM systems
A structured way of working that you can describe with concrete examples
A friendly, service-minded attitude and the reliability to follow through on what you take on
Availability of 20 hours per week, on-site at our Amsterdam office
Nice to have
First experience in customer service, supportor another client-facing role
Interest in finance, fintech, sustainabilityor impact investing
