Responsibilities: Support the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly management reporting as well as operational planning activities Support the creation of presentations for planning and project meetings Prepare workshops and projects and actively contribute to their execution Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of reporting and controlling processes Qualifications: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field with a focus on Information Technology and Analytics Initial practical experience gained through internships, for example in Audit, Management Consulting, or Project Management First experience working with AI-powered software tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot Strong interest in business-related topics and analytical problem-solving Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Fluent German (minimum C1) and very good English, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
