Position Highlights For our teams within Research and Development we are looking for working students (m/f/d) to support us with immediate effect. To be successful in this task, you will be coached by our experienced engineering team. Your challenge in the position Working Student (m/f/d) as Development Assistant: You will support your team in the area of testing/developing new high-performance printing systems. After being trained by your mentor, you will understand the development/test objectives, plan tests/trials and carry them out Independently apply test/measurement methods, evaluate (measurement) results and interpret them Supervision of smaller projects may also be part of your tasks We are looking for you: You are studying chemistry, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, physical engineering, physics or a comparable, technical degree program You are committed, show initiative, innovative thinking and possess analytical skills You are a team player with strong communication skills Independent and careful work is a matter of course for you You have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Your good written and spoken English skills complete your profile What You’ll Get From Us A challenging, interesting and responsible role in a forward-looking and international workplace Responsibility for your own subject areas and projects An attractive remuneration package 1st and 2nd semester: 19 € per hour 3rd and 4th semester: 20 € per hour From 5th semester: 21 € per hour Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work ( #LI-DNI About Canon Production Printing Canon Production Printing develops and manufactures high-tech printing products and workflow software for the commercial printing market and is part of Canon, a global provider of imaging technologies and services.
